Godfather's Pizza - Spencer

The food was delicious, but I ordered a large and a medium size pizza. When I got my order they looked the same size and came out in the same size pizza tray. When I went to complain about that I was unhappy with the quality of my pizza, the large should be noticeably a bit bigger. It didn’t even fill out the pizza tray completely it came on. I met with the manager and they didn’t want to hear my complaint, telling me that the large and the medium comes out in the same size tray. So just be aware and don’t bother ordering a large size pizza, it’s a waste of money. And the customer service was lacking good manners and understanding.

Our pizza came out fast and was very good. Our favorite pizza place in spencer.

Can't beat a Godfathers pizza, no matter what other choices you may have.

Food was great and no fault to staff one of ovens was down so service was slower.

Broken record, did not get our complete order even after the staff member read it back and received a tip. Then called in to advise them of the issue, they asked if we could return and pickup their mistake. Advised them they could deliver their mistake, once they found out we were five miles out of town they just hung up. So I hear often Spencer needs this or that restaurant, no Spencer just needs to know how to do the ones they have correctly. Oh we are short staffed, so lack of accountability is okay? Managers you need to learn how to leed and make staff accountable or you won't have to worry about customer's opinions as you won't have them to get opinions.
