I was at the panzerotto party and the first thing that jumped to my eye are already ready, baked and fried panzerotti, set behind the glass of the counter. Honestly, I think it's not a symptom of quality, the panzerotto just serves it and warm, accepting to queue, because otherwise I think they're there I don't know how much. Moreover the dough was double, and the mozzarella and tomato very few traces. The focaccia at the sight did not present the characteristics of the typical Apulian focaccia. The only positive note is the smell. Finally the organization was not the maximum, too many employees behind the counter and little communication. I don't think it's worth coming back, definitely the products are more appreciated by those who have no idea what the Apulian streetfood really is.
I was at the FESTA DEL PANZEROTTO tonight. Well, apart from the fact that the panzerotti are microscopic (in Puglia they are three times large and count half, all in all were good. The thing that bothered me was the general disorganization that reigned in there. 15 minutes x letting me give two cans because the girl in charge of the distribution didn't listen. 40 minutes to have food.... among other things I was n57 and the person behind the counter asked a couple what number they were and what they ordered, I mean, they had a number around 60, they waited for an IDENTICO order to mine and were served before me so randomly? That's not what customers are. As good as the food was, I don't think I'll come back.
I've been to the hot spot 3 times taking takeaway pussies, show! Everything done fresh at the moment is worth waiting a bit. You're good too. Recommended to try
A few nights ago, after some shopping, we thought about going to take a look at the window of the Hot Point . The tempting scents brought us in made us come in and take something ready (we could not wait for them to do anything at the moment for us). The focaccia to the potatoes and another to the cherry tomatoes. Well run away at home, a real leccornia. What to say, maybe the first time we were not of the right spirit, maybe something changed, but the local and its products I rival them, and a lot. I mean, once I've been a little bit short on the evaluation, but I promised to try again, I did. And I did well. The products there are, the quality also and also the desire to do well. Congratulations.
