Feedback gevenThat was the worst eating ever! shake didn't taste like strawberry, much too much salt in frits, twirl rings were soggy, fishbunk burned and fish tasting, and zesty sauce was stale.
The lady who works here hates her life. Very rude. Didn't honor the advertised offer on the signage. Probably made up her own story about it being outdated, as it allows me to order it online for pickup right here.
The worst experience ever. Rude staff! I ordered chicken nuggets at the screen and she asked me did I want the four piece or the eight piece, after I replied the eight piece she then promptly told me they no longer carry the eight piece, another lady came on the speaker and rudely yelled Yes we do!! ... So I proceeded to order the eight piece, I got my chicken nuggets and they were burnt, and basically crumbly, as if it got fried 3 times, I went back around to see if they could make me a fresh batch, the lady told me that's just how they are and they just changed their oil so either way they're going to be burnt, again I got another eight piece that was burnt and crumbly smelled horrible, I just got my money back!!! I definitely need some customer service training because that was not it. I don't know a single Burger King ever that serves burnt chicken nuggets and tells customers that's how it is ??? Disappointed every time I go but I think this was the last time I give the benefit of the doubt to try. They will be out of business before too long. Wish I could give zero stars.
The first time i went they were rude at order screen. then had to pull off after 25 minutes of waiting and not getting chicken fries and drink. second time around they said they were closed at 7 when it says they close at 9
When going through the drive through I asked what products of drinks they had and the employee said they have over 155 different coke products. I guess not knowing which drinks are coke or 7-Up or Pepsi asked if they have Barqs root beer. She replied yes and when I drove up to the window to pay I could clearly hear her say to the employee making the food “I told her we have 155 different coke products and she asked me if we had root beer. YES WE HAVE ROOTBEER “ she said in a mocking voice. After waiting for a while and a pile up of cars behind me she finally asked I pull ahead to wait for my Ch-King and once she brought it out they didn’t even have our fries in the bag and the chocolate cookies werent cooked all the way they were dough. If they can’t get staff that are respectful then they need to close.
