Bistro Aquarelle - Split

This is a local bistro, there was little to fail. We got a table very fast, served cold drinks immediately and let us look at our choices from the menu. We had a warm tuna salad, full of beautiful fresh ingredients, all perfectly cooked. We also had a pizza with several local ham, full of taste, with a crisp base. Service was friendly, friendly and helpful. The bistro sits in a beautiful small square in the old town and seemed to appeal to couples, families and groups of friends.

Nice selection of beer. The only one accepts cash that is my missing star. Good service from a powerful fine waiter but he didn't give a change so I couldn't show my appreciation.

Nice pizza in nice place : We didn’t wait long for our order, even though the bistro was full. We ordered tuna pizza and cardinalo one. The dough was thin , tops fine : in general they were pretty good : Prices are affordable, service kind and quick, dogs are accepted (we got even a bowl of water for our dog . Important note only cash is accepted, but fortunately ATM is around the corner (but to be honest it should be said before we made an order ;

Had such a lovely meal, best dinner we’ve had in split. Our waiter was so kind and attentive. 100% recommend. Its a shame though as a lot of things had run out from the menu, all the desserts and some of the cocktails.
