Starbucks - Spokane Valley

Lady taking orders tried to trick you into adding extra charges on... Very odd and intrusive way to increase average ticket. Very intense at this location.

Better than the other Starbucks(drink wise). Still pricey. Very friendly staff.

I started going here about 2 weeks ago. I found this one closer to my work and am so glad I'm going here. This Starbucks is friendly, outgoing, and kind. The staff is always bright and cheery and will take care of you. it's not just the person working the window, it's everyone in the shop.

Some people have pretty unrealistic expectations for both Starbucks in general and their baristas. This store always knows peoples names, gets their drinks ready before they come in the door, and gets to know their customers. I would recommend this store to anyone. The majority of people who complain about their drinks have ridiculous orders.. I appreciate the fastness, quality, and experience.

Greeted by very cheerful woman with long hair who introduced me to Pumpkin Chai Tea, she added 1extra pump of Chai, one extra pump of Pumpkin and extra spices on top! So Good! I went back several times and she always remembered me and said, are you back for the same? Yes! Yes! It was made before I could pay for it!
