We decided to go to this subway instead, and the person who helped us, Katie, was so understanding and kind! Plus, she did such a great job helping us! She apologized for my experience and made me feel so welcome and safe in my own health. Also, I've never gotten a prettier salad from subway! I was overwhelmed! It was such a great experience and we will definitely keep spreading the word about the quality and kindness found at this location. Thank you, Katie!
Tried the new wraps and they were fantastic. Only complaint is the poor guy that was working was the only one. And they were busy. Owners need to do better in staffing so customers are better served. Cheers to the guy who served us. Jeers to manager for not thinking.
Terry brought me in for an interview and proceeded to criticize me for an hour and a half, questioning why I was even there, commenting on my appearance, and generally putting me down. It was clear he had never met me before that day. I believe that the owner of a franchise should show respect to all job candidates, but unfortunately Terry was quite disrespectful and interrogative during the interview.
The two female employees working at this restaurant have been consistently rude during my visits. The blonde one seemed to have a hostile expression or was giving me dirty looks while appearing to be under the influence. The other employee was dismissive and impolite, showing a lack of customer service skills. Additionally, I observed an employee vaping at the food preparation area and allowing children to mop the floors. This behavior may be illegal, as the cleaning chemicals used can be dangerous for children. I will be posting videos of these incidents.
I have only one complaint about this restaurant - they do not accept coupons. I understand that it is their decision, but it seems strange to advertise corporate coupons through direct mail and then have individual franchises not honor them.
