Dairy Queen - Spokane

Ordered a small blizzard but was handed a mini. I asked the employee if he was sure that it was a small and he hesitantly said yes. I said it looked smaller than normal and he didn’t respond. I didn’t want to continue things further because it seemed like he honestly just didn’t know. However, he didn’t care to double check. For reference, a mini is about half the size of a small, so I got half the amount I paid for. Hoping this was just a one time thing because this location is usually our go-to.

Hands down the best Dairy Queen around! Cleanest restaurant we've been in...... in a long time. Super friendly and food was amazing!

Food was ice cold. Time of arrival kept changing. Wont use Grubhub again.

Our order was prepared wrong. 1 of us asked for NO ketchup or mustard but got ketchup and 1 of us asked for no ketchup but did want mustard, got ketchup but no mustard and some kind of sauce on it. The 3rd person didn't ask for anything special and got that. Rest of order was correct. We hadn't eaten in 12 hours and were on a time table so just ate what we were served. HOWEVER, the employee that took our order, Madina A., totally wrote up the order correctly and was VERY pleasant, so it was not her fault.

Previously it was good, I had ordered about 10 times this year and maybe 30 last year due to the chef either add the wrong witness to my burgers, forgetting Fries/Burning cheese curds, also forgetting the cheese on the dbl combo several times and even refuse to repair them until they see the compelled, absolutely a sweat cheese at this point when they somehow forget
