Heritage Kitchen - Spokane

It's got good ambiance. Nice TVs. Owner seems nice and friendly. Had a smashed burger which was excellent. Don't know why it's called a smash burger though. And while I like the sprinkling of oregano on everything it seemed a bit odd. It's a nice family restaurant. 15$ for a burger seems like a lot but times are changing. And it is good.

Amazing food (ordered the smash burger with rosemary curly fries). Not overly greasy and amazing on taste and presentation. Staff is on top of their game and super friendly in a busy environment. A Good beer selection and a full bar. Fast friendly service and banter. Definitely coming back!
