Hop Chaos Brewing Company - Spokane

This is one of my top three breweries in Spokane. I absolutely love this place!

When we arrived at the hotel, I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for someone to check us in, as there was no one at the front desk. The room initially had a musty smell, but once I lay down in bed, all I could smell was urine. It made me feel uncomfortable and disgusted throughout the night. I will never stay here again because cleanliness is my top priority in a hotel room. This place didn't come anywhere near justifying the $200 a night price tag—it felt like a huge disappointment.

I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of this hotel. The staff was friendly and quick to assist. Everything was beautifully presented and carried a professional touch. The gym was fantastic! I also took advantage of the pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, and breakfast area. Everything was immaculate and exceeded my expectations.

Friendly staff. Pool and fitness center are in good condition. Breakfast is typical breakfast buffet, not my personal favourite, but works in a pinch. Good location to North Spokane activities nearby.

The staff BW is awesome! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and stylish! The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay. We were there because of emergency with our home, and were tired and stressed out. The rooms were super clean and the beds comfortable. Our questions were answered quickly. Breakfast was a buffet, with hot/cold cereals, yogurt, eggs, waffles, muffins, biscuits qnd fresh fruit there was more . Everything was kept at the correct temperature and items were filled up as they got low. Overall a wonderful stay. Please congratulate the staff, I am sorry I forgot their names, they deserve recognition.
