Feedback gevenWe come through this drive through every few months the staff is always efficient and friendly! We get the famous bowl and a box meal every time and it’s always delicious.
I was in a line at the drive thru. The line did not move for 15 minutes. Maybe a shift change?? It was pitch black in the line, and no outside lights were on. I informed the cashier at the window there were no lights on ...even the KFC sign was black, and you couldn't read the menu outside either. The poor lady was doing her best to keep up with the long line.
I encountered a disinterested staff member during my visit. I ordered the chicken tender dinner, which was depicted in the menu as flaky and light golden brown. Instead, I was served a dark brown item that resembled a log. Additionally, I had to pay over $3 for some brown gravy; perhaps I should have requested white gravy instead.
I paid $5 for the LARGE popcorn chicken, and honestly, I feel ripped off. The chicken was overcooked, and while I usually enjoy your food, I expect to receive what I pay for. To make matters worse, you forgot my ranch dressing, so now I’m stuck with dry chicken and no sauce. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this is the fourth time I've had issues with my order, whether something was forgotten or messed up.
Came in at 945pm ordered 2 bowls, absolutely none of the chicken was edible, the mashed potatoes and corn was the only edible stuff in the bowls. They charged me almost $20 for mashed potatoes, corn, and inedible chicken. It was absolutely disgusting. I understand business close at certain times but the food is supposed to be edible. Especially if your charging customers money. This isn't the only time this has happened either. But I figured I'd give them another chance.. with results below average. Unacceptable...
