Mcdonald's - Spokane

Couple of things to say on this review: 1) Mia is an absolute all-star in terms of speed, efficiency, and attitude. Best on the intercom that I've ever experienced. She deserves a raise, immediately. 2) the middle aged lady that works mornings is a legend as well and I'm pretty sure she could identify me by my order by now. She also deserves a raise. 3) BEST McDonald's hands down. How this location has a 3.7 star rating is beyond me. Obviously the people reviewing it have never been to the downtown location and are extremely spoiled. 4) they actually customize my order when i request it rather than handing me a burger that's been sitting under the heat lamp. 5) NEVER HAD AN ISSUE HERE and i order here more than I'd like to admit!

I have ordered from this app for the 6th consecutive time, but once again something is missing from my meal. I ordered the shareable meal with 40 nuggets, 2 large fries, and a medium fry to feed my family, but one of the large fries was missing. Unfortunately, it's too cold to go back and fix the mistake.

It's always been a favorite of mine enjoy my experience and my food almost always.

Omg! I opened , my cheeseburger and a bug flew out of the package!!! The other one, I had to peel the bun and old cheese off the wrapper! My bf took pics and then called down to McDonalds. He went there and manager didn't even want to see photos. She quickly refunded our entire meal. Will never ho back again!Parking: It's in a shopping center with shared parking lot. Lot of parking avail

One of the best McDonald's I have ever been to. Fresh, hot and delicious.
