Mcdonald's - Spokane

I was in the drive thru, the women before me was yelling and rude to the employees. When I got up there the staff member was kind and nice. I was impressed how he handled the situation and didn't let that negative interaction effect his day. He was sweet and let me have a McFlurry that was made extra. Thank you to the great staff here!

I love going to McDonald's !!! They're always courteous, fast and the food is always delicious !!!

Usually quick with no fuss, not even in the backseat of the car.Kid-friendliness: Kids still speak of the indoor play space that was ever so iconic.

I have left mcdonald’s because the menu is not easy to read and it lists only the combo prices and not the individual prices. if they are on a budget, they must be able to see the prices to know what they can afford. also the gale at the passage was rude. she has to learn how to say politely and sounds very rude. I've gone to mcdonald's for many years, but the changes they have made are not appealing to older people. they take a lot about their customers. so sad.

Food is always great here but I think there is something off with the soda machine. It always tastes off consistently after having tried different types of drinks. Would be my go to for fountain drinks if the machine got fixed and authentic flavor restored!
