Old European Breakfast House - Spokane

We had a fantastic breakfast on Friday the 22nd, and we were served by one of the best waitresses we've ever encountered. I can't recall her name, but she was a lovely blonde woman with a passion for bacon. She recommended the candied bacon, and we bonded over our mutual appreciation for this delicious treat. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and patient with us as we took our time deciding what to order. The coffee was outstanding, and the food was exceptional with generous portions. We absolutely love this place!

The food is absolutely outstanding! The staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. Our waitress was fantastic, and the food has become my favorite breakfast of all time! What a wonderful place with amazing food!

My wife and I travel from Canada to Spokane at least once or twice per year for a few days of shopping and Old European Breakfast House has been our must stop for breakfast for the past 27 years. They serve the usual breakfast fare, like great waffles, crepes, omelettes, egg bennies and pancakes but if you want to taste something awesome and unusual to most menus, then the Aebelskivers and Dutch Baby are a must try. Our experience tells us the service will be great with their friendly staff, the food is plentiful and awesome tasting and you will not leave hungry. The owners, Tami and Dave might stop by for a brief chat as they do with many of their customers. They and their staff are there to please. Oh they are also open for lunch and their sandwiches and burgers are worth a try. I especially have enjoyed the Rueben, Club and Monte Cristo sandwiches. An early breakfast at around 7:00am sets you up for a late lunch at around 1:00pm.

This was our first visit, and what a delightful experience it was! From the friendly staff to the incredible food, everything was fantastic. I had never heard of Ableskivers before, but I'm definitely going to be a fan from now on; they’re like a delicious mix of pancakes and doughnuts! Our meals were scrumptious, and the portions were quite generous. I've found my new favorite breakfast: the Bacon Avocado Florentine Benedict. We also got to meet Tammie, the owner, who made us feel right at home. It’s easy to see why the place was bustling with people!

This was the best breakfast place!!! Our waiter Ryan made our day the food was delicious!!
