If you go there several times and take the same things once you pay an exaggeration and once you pay half. They forget to write commands on the tablet and do not bring the courses on time. X a dinner is waiting for an hour and a half
For this review I don't know where to start. ..instead yes, we start with the arrival, very comfortable parking that opens on the outside of this beautiful place all in stone. Once inside the pleasant feeling just found on arrival is confirmed by being able to immediately enjoy wide spaces where to consume the dishes and more intimate corners where you can converse sipping an aperitif. Immediately you are greeted by the owner, Mr. Raffaele who with smile and friendliness accompanies you to the table and does not abandon you throughout the dinner. Together with family and friends we have chosen the pizza tour that contemplates fries for the bimbs, cutters of crostini, sliced and cheese, all accompanied by beautiful white focacce that already at the first taste make grip on the excellent quality of the pizza that will be proposed to us. Such other expectations are not disappointed, indeed, they are even more amplified when they begin to arrive at the table the amazing pizzas that have left us simply ecstatic. From the beginning it is a desire to know the master pizzaiolo of this masterpiece that despite the hands still in pasta we come anyway to find at the table. Philip, this is his name, is really MAESTRO of white art. In addition to being arrogant you can wait almost two hours for a pizza without having explanations...but they have important friends in the city like a certain Moreno who will defend them until death because influential, but it's not how things work, you don't always go on for friendships...or you can give the service you propane or change trade. . . .
Last night with my family I went to a pizzeria in the immediate outskirts of Spoleto at 20.00. After about a quarter of an hour they came to pick up the reservations. Shortly afterwards we need a focaccia and a cutter of meats and cheeses. We're waiting for pizzas... after more than an hour of our pizzas we can't track, we kindly ask the waiter how long we have to wait, who answers us that they would arrive immediately. After half an hour the pizzas are not seen, we decide to stand up and pay what we had eaten. The owners didn't apologize and didn't even try to remedy the unpleasant inconvenience. I will certainly no longer set foot in that place of people who are not careful and respectful of their customers!
Large room in the very first outskirts of Spoleto, spartano and in need of renovation, reserved parking not guarded, outdoor veranda sheltered from the private road, well-kept garden, from here part the famous cycle path Spoleto-Assisi with possibility of renting bikes not first class. Owner always present and available, very chatty but kind. Staff available and smiling, waiting times in the norm. Foods of excellent quality, well-planned, cooked and tasty served hot, generous portions, high digestibility. Just quality/price ratio.
