I decided to sit down and have something to eat for dinner. Giovanni, the Waitrose, was really nice, trying to not let me miss anything. He served me a nice bottle of Sagrantino and a dish of cheese and hams and other typical tapas At a certain point, he told me that the two owners were inviting me to sit to their table. And so I went: I met Valentina, her girlfriend, the brother in law Christian and his boyfriend Alessandro. They were really nice and friendly and I felt well. I had nice wine and food. But, most of all, I had something that you usually do not find: the feeling of being among friends. Feeling good.
We ended up here by chance, and we loved the place. Pros: great food, local ingredients, good service, nice atmosphere. Cons: loud music.
Local well-kept in detail, with a wide choice of beers and wines of excellent quality and equally good food. oca and great welcome. Congratulations.
We struggled to find a restaurant in Spoleto with spare tables and were relieved to find a table at Al 3.0 Bistrot where we were welcomed in by the very friendly owner. She was quite a character; vivacious and loud. Service was erratic despite there being only one other party in the restaurant who were certainly enjoying themselves, but they certainly created an atmosphere of joviality. The food was solidly good and we enjoyed our mushroom bruschetta starter and our pasta and chicken burger main courses. Prices were fair. If you want a relaxed and buzzy restaurant this is certainly the place to go.
Last lunch of our Umbrian tour. small apartment, where the menu is presented “in voice” by the owner, a kind and sociable girl, who also dispenses suggestions on food and wine. excellent egg banged with truffles and porcini, good vegetables. ..difficult covida management (in practice, without control), but regarding food, there is complete promotion
