I would like to point out that I am not a simple customer to be satisfied because I follow a vegetarian diet and experience many restaurants are unprepared. The owners of Gaben Bistrot were simply fantastic. Courtesy, careful and very imaginative in the proposals. The dishes are presented very well and the taste is delicious, from the first to the dessert. With regard to the pizza propendono for the Roman type, I personally prefer the Neapolitan one with the highest edges, but it is really very good and well seasoned. Beer, I picked red, it's great. I highly recommend this Bistrot.
