We ordered a couple of pizzas to take home with us and I must say, they were delicious and very different from the mainstream local offer on pizzas in the area, which are all generally very, very good but Carpe Diem offers quite the Neapolitan delight! The Diavola with spicy salami and a bit of sausage (a pizza for meat lovers! , had their staple ricotta-filled crust, really interesting and flavourful, as did our other Margherita. The pizza itself was a bit thin, but I guess it is how it is supposed to be! Highly recommended if you are on the hunt for a real Neapolitan pizza in Pescara. L.
