The Shed @ Terindah - Spray

Finally got to Terindah Estate. We choose to sit out on the deck over looking Swan Bay. We pulled up a stool and enjoyed the trio of dips $18) and a glass of the 2020 Terindah Estate Pinot Noir $13). Service was friendly and the dips were delicious. They also have large heating strip for comfort on a very chilly winter's day. Enjoyed our time

Visiting the Bellarine for the day and ready for lunch, we called into Terindah estate. There were several options of areas to eat, but we decided to go inside the shed. There are huge glass windows, so plenty of remarkable views over the vines and down to Port Phillip bay. Shared bread and olives to start, then my husband and I the lamb with duck fat roasted potatoes. Oh my goodness it was divine- the lamb was so succulent and fell off the bone! Potatoes were crunchy and perfect. A glass of the single vineyard Pinot Noir on hand, I have to say made a perfect lunch. There was plenty to eat sharing the lamb dish and the potatoes for us, and that made it excellent value for money. Staff were friendly and professional.

Overall this was an enjoyable afternoon in a lovely location. Food was very nice. The slow roasted lamb fell off the bone. Local wine nice but expensive. Lovely surrounds.

Disappointing experience overall last Sunday 4th March for lunch. Despite booking over a month before, our table for 4 had no view, the service was average and our food was inconsistent in quality. We had to send the eggplant entree back as it was so over salted no-one could eat it. Of the mains the spatchcock was dry and one serving of duck was tough and the wrong potato side dish had to be replaced. The other dishes were generally very enjoyable but the meal was not relaxing and not up to standard. I did not enjoy the view from my seat of the food service area given the fabulous inlet views promoted on the website.

Paid over $400 for part of. Mthe tram bar and received zero service. Had to ask for tables to be cleaned, glasses, and any service. “Worker” was too busy sitting behind the bar doing nothing. Pretty sad considering the beautiful setting and that we were super relaxed and not expecting anything more than a clean clean glass
