Chipotle Mexican Grill - Spring

Came at 7:30pm (two hours before closing), lots of workers present. They were out of steak, chicken, chips and white rice. :

Decided to order tacos to go, and decided to visit the Spring location- the outside needed a bit of cleaning but it's the middle of the week in the evening soooo... yeah! Got my online order after repeatedly explaining to the cashier that was order was literally right behind her.. smh- I digress! Got my order, tacos were warm, fresh and filling. I'll be returning to my original location from now on!

Took 5 minutes before I saw anyone working in the restaurant. Then I got a burrito smaller than something from Taco Bell. Literally put half a portioning spoon on everything. Girl I've worked in the industry.... this store must be out on inventory and making it up by screwing customers... chipotle used to be a good brand... this is just pitiful. 1/10. Fire this gm, and the DM that lets this happen.

Order for pick up at this location. My order was placed at 4:00 pm, it was supposed to be ready at 4:20 pm and it 's 4:45 pm and my order was just given to me. The restaurant was empty. They didn 't have any more to go orders at the pick-up counter. I 'm not sure why you would have a customer waiting so long for their order. When I arrived, I went to the pick up counter, my order was not there, I proceeded to the cashier, I kindly ask them if they had a to go order for me and the manager just gave me a look and didn 't even greet me, the cashier looked like she didn 't like working there, the server at the counter said he was just going to start my order ?... anyway, I waited. Just to come home after a long day at work to the pictures attached. ? What 's going on here? Not even more than 4 pieces of meet per taco, and it 's burned.I love Chipotle! But never coming to this location ever again... Worst customer service ever. Manager look more concern to take pictures on her tablet than to greet customers with a kind smile and a We will be with you shortly or we are currently working on your order, would you like a cup of water while you wait at least.

Poor quality and portions sucks. I love chipotle but this particular location sucks ? burned
