Firehouse Subs Cypresswood - Spring

Will NOT be back! Said hello when we walked in then let us sit there for 5 min. 3 employees there and Noone can take an order. Then when Veronica came to the window she was not friendly. After ordering our meal I saw that she put no pickles. I told her I want pickles. Her response was oh sorry we are out, AGAIN! Why not say that at the time of order? Then when I got my meal it was not what I ordered. Not I am sorry or let me fix it, but we are out of mushrooms. What? I ordered an engineer with Turkey not a New York steamer. When I asked to talk with a manager she just looked at me dumbfounded. Must be a very hard stressful job for her. Employees hate their job here and it is very obvious. Go to another location. This one needs to shut down. Look at all the other reviews they have lost there care.

The Firehouse Steak ? and Cheese ? was good. I had not tried this Sub but I guess it was not all I expected. It's not that the sub wasn't good because it was. Added extra toppings like mushrooms and peppers. For a medium sized sub its not a bad portion. The prices are fair but a little high. Paired it with a large drink and chips. Good service just a bit of a waiting time.

I always love the food here; it's consistently fresh and delicious. The manager is very helpful, and the staff is always polite. My order was accurate and well-prepared. However, I do miss the variety of hot sauces that made me fall in love with this place in the first place. As we move past the pandemic, I hope they can bring back the selection of sauces that truly sets this restaurant apart from other sandwich shops and makes the food even more exciting.

Place is super clean. The service is great and on time. Not to mention the food is just at the point! Great shares and great conditions! Eating is a pleasant experience and food is usually ready two or three minutes before picking up order if you order via app or online. These guys always do a great job! Love it and I will definitely come back!

Just look at this perfect veggie to meat / cheese ratio. Look at it! These amazing men ladies know what they do! I'm very picky about my sandwiches. These people know how to knock it out of the ball park. They were busy and took the time to make every sandwich nice. Yeah, I checked the other client's sandwiches. No shame.
