Feedback gevenSome of the worst food I had from every Hartz franchise! Considering it was just dinner time, everything should have been hot and fresh, but no. My 2-piece all-white tasted as if it had been for a while, and the thin breast was mostly bread / crust with little taste. The 7 offers Nabeby received TINY, like the wing on my dinner. They were made of Okra, potato mash were watery, and they forgot to pack the extra rolls we had paid extra. We have our meals to go, but noticed signs in the register name, No refund at the buffet. Two scholarship holders paid for buffets while we picked up our order, but then the staff, please ask more food than not much was on the serving line. They were told to eat what was there. We'll never stop at this place again. Waste of money.
I drove through the drive through on my lunch break and inquired about their single specials, she mentioned it I ordered but I realized that i need more so i got right out of line and drove to the front and walked in. I told her I needed to cancel that order and start over again and she was so rude I couldn 't believe her response. She told me I 'm not serving you and she walked off, so I didn 't say anything and left immediately. Not good ground!
The food was good and the customer drive through was helpful..
GREEN CHICKEN?! Tasted rotted as well. I hope it doesn?t get my family sick..
This place is awful to say the least. Buffet looks like it was ran through by a pack of wolves. The chicken was old and didn't look like the other cooked chicken. Not sure what language they were speaking but it was not English. My next call is going to be to the Health Department. LOOKS LIKE IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN THE LAST FIVE YEARS.
