Hot Wok - Spring

The food is the best in spring area for Chinese , but the elderly lady makes the customer service so poor. There used to be one main lady at the front who was very polite , this older lady had me on hold over 15 minutes then just came back on the phone without acknowledging how long I been on hold . Then I order another time and she said the latest delivery time is 9:15 , I call at 8:45 , she said the driver went home . She’s just always a frustration along with the communication barrier , makes me want to eat somewhere else .

Love Hot Wok their food is great. Today for lunch we had extra spicy Kung PO Chicken, I had Chicken LoMein. Both dishes were just wonderful noodles we amazing. Plus you can’t beat the price.

Great place to eat. I was very impressed with the lady over the phone. She was very nice and efficient with my order. Their Asian cuisine is delicious. I'll be ordering again soon.

Hot wok is great! eating is always hot and fresh. I had never had a bad experience at hot wok since I moved to jump. I have tried a few Asian/Chinese cuisine in the opposite, but hot wok is my favorites, which is why I always back. the customer service is great. the young man and the woman who works at the front are very nice with great energy. hot wok goes far and beyond what the customer always feels appreciated. ?

Hot Wok is great! The food is always hot and fresh. I have never had a bad experience at Hot Wok since I’ve moved to Spring. I’ve tried a few Asian/Chinese cuisines in the area, but Hot Wok is my favorite, which is why I always go back. The customer service is great.
