Laredo Taco Company - Spring

I visit this restaurant frequently for tacos, but my experience today was disappointing. I wanted to try their new breakfast tacos, but when I received my order, there was no meat—just eggs. The tacos did not match the picture that showed steak and eggs. I brought this to the attention of a staff member, and she was very apologetic. However, when the manager arrived, the situation took a turn. I requested a replacement with meat, but she informed me that I would have to pay extra because they were out of breakfast tacos, and it wasn't even 10 a.m. yet. The customer service was quite poor.

This morning, I stopped by to pick up my usual breakfast taco. There were two ladies working that I hadn't seen before, and they completely overlooked me. Instead, they asked a guy who came in behind me if he was ready to order, completely ignoring the fact that I was there first. I've been ordering a breakfast taco from this place every morning for the past two years, but after this experience, I won't be returning. It's obvious they prefer to assist customers who look and speak like them. I've lost interest in their business and will never go back.

They won’t get anymore of my money. It’s clear they prefer to help customers that look like them and speak the same language as them. Lost my business won’t ever go back.

Ok well I have seen 100 commercials so I said let me go. Wow glad I did. Awesome sauce!!! I got 2 beef fajita tacos 2 picadillo. They were delish.place was extremely clean. Staff excellent, however they need a,tip jar. Gorgeous redhead mujer helped me. I highly recommend, yes its inside a gas station but some of the best food is. I definitely will be going back a few times a month. Mrs Robin

Breakfast tacos and tacos in general are amazing. Best homemade flour tortillas and salsa bar.
