Ming's Chinese Cafe - Spring

Delicious food and welcoming staff! The ingredients are always incredibly fresh, and every dish is consistently tasty. We dine here at least twice a month. This restaurant is far better than Shogun's, and it's great to support local family-owned establishments. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Everything on the menu is fantastic, making it tough to choose what to order!

Fantastic food. My wife and I love Japanese and Chinese dishes here and the specialties they do. The varied selection of sushi is always fresh and tasty to die. This last weekend we had their Crawfish Salad as our appetizer and were shocked at the presentation and taste that would rival any high-class restaurant, all I can say is absolutely beautiful. Ming is a wonderful culinary experience. We'll be back again and again. Please continue the facility and service we love here.

Not bad for spring, friendly service. Soda is not served in bottles well.

My family visits Ming every couple of weeks. We really enjoy it and highly recommend it to everyone!

Wow, what a great little restaurant. I have been several times and the food is always extremely fresh, light, well prepared and beautifully presented. The crab puffs and the sweet and sour sauce are unbelievably delicious.
