Feedback gevenI came in on Easter Sunday and was greeted by the workers and manager, they were very friendly with their small talk which was nice because I haven't been to a panda express for a while.
I have been to Panda Express many times but today was the first time that I was greeted with a smile by Marce, she took care of our to go order and the payment process, Panda definitely needs more employees like her, or at least give a raise? for doing and excellent job.Javier.
Wade was very rude he was rushing me. He kept looking at his coworkers like I was aggravating him when I was ordering my food because I had a larger order.
The girl named kaiyon answered the drive thru when we where there she was very rude and got mad at how big our order was she had horrible customer service.
Price is fair for the food. Worth the visit and a decent bite for the buck. Be prepared to wait no matter if you go in or use the drive thru. Most of the staff act polite, but the lead girl on the day we went in acted like there was a stick up her tail. No basic manners and communication. We end up standing in line at the front counter without any knowledge on how long it will take for us to be waited on, or if we are even recognized at all. Never hear a We will be right with you or even a Hello . They are constantly busy and that just removes any decent verbal service skills.
