Sapporo Izakaya - Spring

My dining companion and I decided to pay and leave. Unfortunately, just an hour later, I met up with friends and became violently ill. Since the restaurant was nearby, I went back to inform them about the issue with the salmon. Afterward, I went to the hospital where they pumped my stomach and found bacteria. The next day, I called the restaurant, not intending to take further action but hoping to at least get reimbursed for my meal and the medical expenses. They promised a callback, but that never happened. I even visited in person to request that the owners contact me, and I left feeling frustrated at their apparent indifference to my situation. It has now been nearly three weeks since my last visit, and I still haven't heard from anyone. While I have had good experiences at this restaurant in the past and understand that issues can arise, it is unacceptable for them to show such a lack of care or concern for a customer who got sick from their food. As a side note, during my visit, they tried to shift the blame to their distributor. The restaurant isn’t terrible overall, but if you happen to get sick there, don’t expect any support or concern from them.

Everything was amazing! I went in for lunch today with my boyfriend and had a lovely, quiet meal complemented by fantastic service. Our waiter recommended the pink lady roll, and it's now my favorite! The cherry blossom martini was the best drink I've ever had! I've visited this place a few times since it's close to my home, and the experience is always excellent.

The food is always excellent, and the service is exceptional.

This restaurant is really good!My favorite items in the menu is the bento boxes super tasty and for just $18 dollars like wow !!The atmosphere is stunning ?, our server was super attentive and friendly. Our favorite sushi place is defenely Sapporo !

Soooo yummy!!! Blown away by the hibachi shrimp for lunch. The hibachi veggies were great, and Jeremy was an awesome server.
