Shaku Asian Bistro Sushi - Spring

We have been hoping for a good sushi place not too far from us. We've seen their sign up several months up, so have been looking forward to it. You come in, nice set up. Sushi bar straight up, booths on the sides, and chairs in the middle. Lots of tv screens, if you want to be entertained. Attentive enough staff. First time I tried it, I got just one specialty roll and their Singaporean noodle. Then when my hubby called that they were done swimming and not had lunch yet, I added some Thai dish and some shrimp appetizer for the little one. I know I've has Singaporean noodles before but couldn't quite remember how it tasted. It has curry in it. Their serving was huge and had lots of shrimps in it, aside from the other toppings. The roll I ordered was the one with soy paper. But the waitress was wrong, it didn't have the unagi but just the eel sauce. Still good. The shrimp appetizer was in some special sauce. It was somewhat tangy and sweet. Went back a 2nd time with just my LO this time. Had yellow tail carpaccio, one regular roll and one special roll. My LO had the shrimp with noddles kids meal. She loved the noodles. And we topped it off with dessert. Good dinner but ate too much.

Me and my wife will definitely be coming back! The restaurant interior is very modern and bright. Roomy seating and nice lighting. Service was also very friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic and the prices were even better. For the love of God get an order of bang shrimp! You will thank me!

The food here is delicious. There are many menu options. The food is made quickly and with quality ingredients. The ambiance is nice, not too dark, not too bright. The waitstaff was kind and smiling. All guests expressed satisfaction with their meal. Lunch specials M-Sat 11a-3p. If you're looking for a sushi Asian food spot, this is it.

Quite a nice new restaurant, with attentive service. Sushi and fried rice were very good, with the rest of the menu at a solid starting point. Once they get the recipes refined, it will be one of the better Asian restaurants in the area. Will be coming back soon.

The new restaurant service is very attentive and the price of a child is only 0.99 US dollars. There is a 20% discount for Chinese food and Japanese food. I will come back next time. Thank you.
