Smashburger - Spring

Not only did the brussels make me sick they tasted horrible. Definitely subpar compared to other locations. Food came out so slow. Our order was 1 Brussels 1 med fry and 1 smashburger meal. The meal came out and we waitwd 15 minutes for a fry and brussels. One of the staff was yelling across the restaurant to a coworker that they're closing in 10 minutes hinting for us to leave after we'd waited all that time for our food and just sat down. We will never go back.

Decent burger but very expensive for setting which is a counter service fast food atmosphere with bare surrounding and uncomfortable seating.

Alyssa and Greg were fantastic and full of kindness and I enjoyed the engaging conversation with them. They made me feel like I matter. Thank you for great customer service and keep it up!!!

Burgers are always made good and fresh managers do a great job and customer service is awesome. So far I have been coming here for a while now very satisfied keep your cooks and your managers.
