Smoothie King - Spring

EDITED: When management is bad it reflects on the business. This explains why my daughter says the restaurant is nasty and has roaches. Glad I've never tried this one. This explains all the bad reviews. My review is more about management than it is service. My daughter worked at this smoothie King and recently got fired. She explained to the management that she had a religious convention to go to and could not make the meeting that was scheduled on a Sunday by the way. It was already understood that my daughter was not able to work Sundays and if she did work a Sunday it would have to be after a certain time. The manager simply says anybody who can't make the meeting is fired. My daughter already told me that this manager had fired a lot of people and she thought she would end up getting fired because this manager is just unfair and unreasonable, and doesn't talk to her employees with respect. Clearly if everyone is getting fired from this job then the manager has some issues. From my understanding she's arrogant and doesn't know how to treat her employees which are a lot of teenagers. This really needs to be brought to the attention of corporate because of employees aren't being kept because of management that's a problem. Disrespect is a problem.

I had the worst tasting $7 smoothie that went into the trash, so disappointing! I even reached out to the guest services and never received a response. Guess they don't really care if you're a satisfied customer or not.

Good service, friendly staff. Clean atmosphere. Order was ready promptly. I recommend!

Ordered a vegan coffee mocha and it was terrible! The smoothie was watered down and all I could taste was banana flavor. Smh

Good start for morning smoothies drink breakfast; got myself a large Vegan Mango Kale with Strawberries. Yummy ! Healthy drink always. Drive thru is a plus for on a go!
