Taco Cabana 20252 - Spring

I give the food a 5 because our Taco Cabana closed in Fort Worth and we loved it!! But the service I give a two. We stayed on a mini holiday and found this Taco Cabana right in front of Houston 45 on our way back home! Again the food was excellent, but we missed items on our order! Also the Salsa Bar was empty. I approached them to have completed my order and the employees pretended to harass them! Also the salsa, lime, etc bar was empty! When I asked for salsa and limes, they said they had only one salsa ready and no limes. So someone didn't make their morning food prep!! Not good!! You should open everything ready and available for customers BEFORE you!! Also introduce some employees who are helpful and not lazy!!

I poor service I asked for extra cheese they gave me a small one. I want it on the side to my nachos would be fresh when I got home. They say this cheese is to cover all the chips maybe 4 chips. Now I paid for extra cheese.

Our usually Taco Cabana that we go to closed due to COVID, so we figured we?d try this location tonight. Horrible. We got 2 orders of the ground beef kickin ?grande? nachos (advertised as ?shareable? there was literally more chips than any of the toppings. The food was cold we discovered later that we were overcharged (advertised as $7.99 each, we were charged $9.89 for each . The only thing that was good were the margaritas (alcohol served on the side . I would not patronize this location again.

Never been here before, went inside to eat, the place is outstandingly clean, the food was good but the salsa tasted watered down. I told the cashier it?s my first time there and didn?t offer any meal to try so I had to asked what his favorite food is to eat here and he recommended A beef taco. I struggled to understand how big the portioning is because it was not listed on the menu and they only have two sizes from my understanding; regular and kickin size. I think they could at least say large. Although the service was very poor, the food was pretty good. I hate to give a place 3 or lower stars for service a lone. I think if they had better service and if any of the employees smiled more I would have given this place 5 stars. The food quality is pretty good. If you are an introvert like I am then this place is the place to be for dine in. No one bothers you and they don?t overly repeat the same order for people to pick up.

Clean place. All the staff members wear mask. Regular cleaning of the place. First time had a dine in experience at this place and I was happy with the service and the food. Great place for a quick bite. The chicken flautas were nice. The tres leches parfait they serve was interesting. Ample of parking around the place.
