Uni Sushi - Spring

Unfortunately, I had no great experience here. My reservations were for 2 for my birthday with an open table. We arrived on time and sat right away. My bf received his SODA only after the arrival of the apps. We ordered three of them. Then his chicken dinner was 30 minutes before my 1 sushi roll. Our waiter explained that it accidentally ran to another table, I was cool about it. But it took 30 minutes? And I only said that after I got the role. Then he disappeared about 40 minutes, came back ready to fall the bill and seemed irritated when we asked for a dessert. We did not love the experience at that time and left a $20 cash tip. Then two days later we noticed that the amount charged to the bank was different than we signed? Almost 20$ extra added to the card tip as a whole. Only $20. I called the restaurant and spoke to a supervisor and told him that the copy of the receipt we had did not have that tip and asked for her copy of our signed receipt. He then told me that he didn't have the signed copy that is a lie, I've been working in the service industry for years. He didn't even seem surprised, yet he apologized. He only offered to repay the additional tip. I told him this was my first time, and it was my birthday, and I felt it was a serious problem. He told me that the GM would contact me and I haven't heard of them yet. Fair warning for the public, keep your revenue and check what the final fee is.

Really great sushi and they have some great desserts here. It's hard to get a parking lot because they're in the courtyard.

My friends and I came to have dinner and overall the service was terrible and not worth mediocre sushi. The waiter was never there, we asked for spicy Mayo and soy sauce and it took 15 minutes. Not to mention, I had to ask another waiter because our employees were too busy to laugh in the back. I'm pretty sure he just assumed that we were a couple of teenagers who relocate based on how we dressed in comparison to the other guests. Honestly, don?t recommend and will not return.

Wonderful experience every time we come here! The food is delicious with beautiful presentation and great atmosphere. Our recent trip was to celebrate our anniversary and we were not disappointed. Our server Victor made our night very special and we couldn't thank him enough or thank him. We'll be back again and again!

Food is okay, nothing special. The atmosphere is decent but surprisingly loud. Maybe it was because of how close we were seated next to other tables, but it was hard to speak to one another without having to raise our voices. Customer service was lacking, our waiter wasn?t very personable. Seems like this restaurant hires a lot of young adults/teenagers who aren?t very familiar with the menu.. We ordered the Chilean sea bass, yaki udon, chipotle salmon, and some sushi rolls. We weren?t impressed at all, the food was pretty bland. Can definitely find better quality sushi and food elsewhere.
