I'm not a huge pizza fan, but the pie I had here was awesome. Fire Pit pie had chicken, jalapeno, and red onions with crushed red pepper sauce. Nice spice level, but still very flavorable. The pizza and food are great, as is the service. We drive 15 miles to go there and it's worth it! The staff is exceptional and the atmosphere is fun and relaxing. We had a wonderful time at Laughlin's Slice of Spice, We really enjoyed the free entertainment, wood fire cooked pizza made with fresh ingredients, and the super friendly service. Nothing beats a family owned and operated restaurant! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I will admit they were busy and we had a reservation at 6:15 for 11 people including 4 children! 7ish we finally received garlic bites, and 2 T-breads because we asked. By 8pm our 3 pizzas and a salad had not arrived. As we looked around there was one table before us who hadn’t yet received their food. However, 1 table that came in right after us and 3 tables that came in 45 minutes to an hour after us had received their food including pizza. Those with just salads are not included in these counts. At this point our children are tired and hungry! One part of our party had to leave to get their 3 Little’s to bed! My husband kindly went to our waitress to ask whose fault it was that so many of us had not received their orders. Her and another waitress said it wasn’t her fault the owner decided to come around get in my husbands face and say go to Klavons and wait an hour to get seated and see if you can get a pizza in an hour. I will be clear I have been at Klavons when they are super busy and have never had this happen! So I will gladly take my business elsewhere! Good luck to you! I surely hope that in the future you don’t let a customer come in and sit down after waiting 45 minutes say they have to leave and bump their 3 pizzas when you have so many other families who have been waiting 2 or more hours for their food! The icing on the cake after I found out what happened after we left without our foodOne the customers said something to the owner and her response was yeah you’re going to have to wait 2 hours for your food like that table and then chuckled. Let me be clear it wasn’t that we waited 2 hours!! It was watching others get their food that came in 45min-1hour after us and packing up their leftover pizza to leave! Not only did we not get the food we ordered! The husband and wife owners were both very rude to our family! Unfortunately, they have lost several long time customers!! Fresh ingredients, friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. I will definitely go back!
