The drive thru people need to either go to school for customer service or get out the industry of fast food. And to the CEO of Mickey D's we pay your salary you probably should get a handle on your restaurant and franchise on how they deal with customer service how they prepare their food and how to read the boards. Order taken by the nicest person, the rest were rude, and awful. I feel bad for anyone that is under this kind of management. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

1st issue was on 9.16.23. My husband waited well over 35 mins for a steak, egg and cheese bagel, breakfast burrito, a hashrown, and 2 large drinks. No apology from manager, food runner was super nice! 2nd issue happened 9.30.23 around 11:30am, I pull up to the 2nd drive thru and cars that pulled up to the 1st DT but after me kept getting waited on before me, and when I said something the rude lady taking orders sighed and did not use her manners. She waited on at least 3 cars before me and I think only took my order bc I said I've been here a hot min. I know this is mcdonalds, and I should not expect much, but basic decency and respect go a long way in customer service, and this location sucks at it.
