Great American Cookie/marble Slab Creamery

Four stars for the ice cream!! All natural ingredients and homemade flavors that are very good. However, they need more employees in the store to handle the customers and the milkshakes are more milk than ice cream... very liquidy and need to be made thicker and with more ice cream... Especially for the price and size that they are.

The restaurant closes at 9. We arrived at 8:30 only to find the chairs stacked and the mixing station closed. We were informed that they couldn't prepare ice cream anymore. If they plan to stop serving at 8, they should officially close at that time. We decided to leave.

The food here is great, but the service leaves much to be desired. If you're open until 9 PM, you should continue serving your mixers until that time, rather than cleaning them early and refusing to accommodate customers. We settled for a different option, but the family behind us ended up leaving after waiting 10 minutes only to be told they couldn't mix their toppings. It's frustrating when the staff can't be bothered to make the effort. Please do better!

This place is a total disappointment! They only offer ice cream and a handful of inexpensive mixers. I've been a loyal customer for years, and I can honestly say that even the quality of the ice cream has changed. With competition on the rise, they really need to step up their game, or they may find themselves shutting down.
