Genova's Pizza - Spring Grove

We have lived here for years and have tried many times to give them a chance. They are constantly leading up orders and when they do, they owe to the customer or say they 'ASSUMED' otherwise, never offer a refund or replacement of the stuffed items on the order. This has always happened. The last time I called that they screwed up our order (to several things), they said, "I can go somewhere and that a customer lose 't kill them'. I will add that every time, I was very polite and was hit in an extremely defensive way, the guilt on me (I am very clear at the order, for example. a big salad, is a big salad...not a big 'bored chicken salad ', whether a big salad is on the menu or not any assumptions should ever be made by buyers)...not the way to run a business and not we will not go back.
