When we finally got our food, my chicken was carved into a cripple. Unusable. She saw that the chicken was burned and it served me anyway. Then when I showed her, she just said oh. We had to be somewhere so I couldn't wait for a new meal, but I said I would at least like to have a few fries. Never. On my terrible experience, none of my children were offered drinks refills or fry refills. We had to ask twice and they never came. She gave me two free appetizer vouchers and I threw them on the table. Nothing could bring me back today.
My experiences in this restaurant are always excellent. I visited this Red Robin on many occasions and I have not been disappointed yet. All employees including servers and managers are always very friendly and polite. They have always taken care of my orders in a very timely way, no matter how busy they are and they have very talented chefs because the food is always delicious and tasty. I recommend everyone if you want to have delicious food and if you are looking for a great atmosphere where you eat.
Despite the fact that we arrived nearby, our server waited patiently and friendly for us. The food was INCREDIBLE, which I didn't expect so late at night. Very good, wow.
We went to Red Robin to the 6th. celebrating my grandson's birthday. We received fantastic service. The staff was particularly friendly from the time we went into the door until we were gone. Everyone ensured that the birthday child had a great time. When everything else in these days seemed expensive for the meal, but I am no longer surprised at the cost increases. It is everywhere and the special birthday sun was very enjoyed and appreciated.
Food was good but had to write my first ever review because of the poor service. We came from the movie theater around 4:00pm on Sunday and were met with no one at the host stand. We stood around for 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us. My boyfriend actually had to go look for an employee to come help us and found the host who was sitting in a booth talking to her friends. Once we were seated, without any napkins or silverware, my boyfriend told us the girl looked surprised someone interrupted her conversation to ask for help. I'm a hostess at a large restaurant in Nashville and that's totally unprofessional and makes it seem like you don't care about your job. However, once we got seated our experience worsened. Our server came over after 5 minutes and he was immediately unwelcoming and made us feel like we were bothering him by being there; he looked up at us once, staring down at his phone the entire time. He didn't even bring us our food and only came back to the table once to refill our drinks after all of them being empty for about 15 minutes. I noticed the couple next to us were only helped by him once as well and went looking around for him for assistance. We also had to keep asking for silverware, the manager finally giving us some halfway through our meal. The whole dining experience was just overall super awkward and disappointing and we were left regretting coming here and not going to Cracker Barrel down the road were the staff is actually quick, welcoming, and attentive. All three of us agreed we're never eating at this Red Robin again.
