Sonic Drive-in - Spring Hill

Rude managers. Carhops are nice. My food was made wrong so I called and they said they could remake it, I still received it wrong. Im so annoyed coming here. It really shouldn't be that hard.On multiple occasions my food has been wrong or so cold. I get being short staffed but the lack of trying, and customer service is terrible. Someone get corporate here to help/train.

Sonic use to be a good place to grab a hamburger, never again. The service was bad and the hamburger sucked

Apparently grilled onions and RAW onions are EXACTLY the same! HORRIBLE! ZERO stars

Service is slow, food is not the best, restaurant building parking is dirty not well kept.

They need major help there. Just major overhaul in entire place. Never doing that again and I like Sonic. It’s just this one. Stay clear.
