Feedback gevenFor the past year straight at this specific location when I try to order online I cannot add ranch to any sandwiches because it says the store is out, but everytime I walk in the store to order they have a full bottle. Fix your inventory so people can properly order online or through the app.
Customer service was absolutely horrid, from the manager herself I might add. Once finally helped after sitting in the lobby for 10 minutes, the manager proceeded to rush through myself and my friend's sandwiches. I live right here in town and won't be returning to this Subway.
Came in for a blt and a meatball sub and instead of telling me they were out they put one meat ball in the whole sandwich so I asked for a refund and was told that they couldn’t do that so asked to speak with the manager and got told they’re not available right now you can come back tomorrow
Worst sandwich ever. My husband bought 2 whole on white. When I opened the sandwich, it was cut in half but not all the way. The bread was crumbled and almost no meat. It was the worst sandwich ever.
4 out of 5 times, the sandwich is going to be sloppily thrown together, with clumps of meat and vegetables that you then have to redisperse and spread out after you get home..the bread is chewy..remind me why you got rid of the $5 dollar foot long, just to have the sandwich quality decline..if I’m paying more for the sandwich, why is it so bad??
