Sweet Cece's - Spring Hill

We've previously dined at similar chains like 32 Degrees, where we were greeted warmly, offered sample sauces, and treated as valued customers when we purchased our yogurt. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service at Spring Hill and regret to say that we will not be coming back.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant the other day! My little boy had just come from a big dental appointment and he wanted gummy bears to go with his yogurt. I was a bit concerned that the gummy bears would freeze in the yogurt, making them hard for him to eat with his new dental work. However, the kind cashier let me take a separate cup to put some gummy bears in for him. She was incredibly sweet and helpful! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. I’ll definitely be returning for more delicious treats! Overall, it was a great experience!

Amazing desserts and excellent service! The place is spotless, both inside and out! I’ll definitely be coming back!
