Sweet Cece's - Spring Hill

My family and I just left Spring Hill, where we were obviously not welcomed. My daughter asked to taste a taste, the employee prepared the sample cup and gave it to my daughter and went away. We waited 3 minutes and the employee returned and asked my daughter to taste another taste and again the same routine. The last time the employee stayed in the back for more than 5 minutes. My family was the only 3 people in the whole business. We finally left and when we left the employees, we came from behind and left. No explanation. Nothing. We ate at 32 degrees and similar chains and were greeted upon arrival, prepared our sample sauces, bought our yogurt and became valuable customer members. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service. We will not return.

I had a wonderful experience in this facility on the other day! My little boy just went to the dentist for a big trial. He wanted rubber bears in his yogurt. I was worried that the rubber bears would freeze if in yogurt and for him they were hard to eat with his new dental work. The nice cashier allowed me to take a sepered cup and put some rubber bears in it for my little man. She was so sweet and helpful! Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. I'll be back for other sweet treats! Great experience!
