Taste of the smoothies was best ok and definitiw not the money worth.

Excellent customer service with a friendly smile!! Jeddi took great care of me and shared his knowledge of the menu, helping me make a great selection on a smoothie and wrap. Definitely will be back to enjoy more of this tropical paradise.

We always only order the smoothies but today I was hungry and ordered a chicken quest, it was awful, the chicken was nasty what 3 chunks were there and nothing else! But was charged over 7.00 for the nasty.

I LOVE Tropical Smoothie Cafe and was thrilled with them coming to the area, but the service at this location is terrible! They have absolutely the Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and honestly don't think they care to correct it. Don't waste your time going to the Spring Hill location just drive the extra few miles to the CoolSprIngs location. They are awesome! They take their time, listen to what you ask for, and if it's incorrect, they will fix it immediately, but most of the time, it's just as it is supposed to be. Always do it with a smile that is very kind and courteous.

Slowest service ever, and they don’t get your order right. We waited in the drive thru for about 25 minutes, even though there was barely a line. They asked us what we ordered three different times, and when we finally got our food they forgot my side of salsa, my side of slaw, and they got my husbands order completely wrong. We only ordered two entrees with a side.
