El Pescador - Spring Valley Lake

Fantastic seafood! The food and service are outstanding. I've dined here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner over the past year, and every meal has been exceptional.

This isn't my first time at El Pescador; it's actually my third visit. I ordered the steak fajitas, and they were delicious! I really appreciated how well the onions and bell peppers were cooked—they were perfectly done, and you could really taste their freshness. The steak was also fantastic—tender and full of flavor. The bartender mixed my amaretto sour exactly how I like it. Overall, the service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I will definitely be back!

The food and service at this restaurant are consistently excellent. I ordered my favorite, the Back to Life Cocktail, along with some oysters, while my husband enjoyed the Mocajete. Both dishes were incredibly tasty. Our server, Beatriz, was very attentive and available whenever we needed anything.

This is a lovely restaurant with delicious food full of flavor. The drinks are fantastic too! Be sure to try the Cadillac margarita. The prices are quite reasonable as well.
