El Pescador - Spring Valley Lake

Nice looking. Food took a while to get to the table but very good when we got it. Javier, our waiter, kept forgetting some of our orders, but other than that was good.

We ate here for the first time the weekend after Thanksgiving. The fajitas were a hit with all of us. Also enjoyed the chips salsa, and mango margarita it wasn't too sweet, just right. Grat atmosphere too. Totally would go back.

This isn't my first time at El Pescador; it's actually my third visit. I ordered the steak fajitas, and they were delicious! I really appreciated how well the onions and bell peppers were cooked—they were perfectly done, and you could really taste their freshness. The steak was also fantastic—tender and full of flavor. The bartender mixed my amaretto sour exactly how I like it. Overall, the service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic seafood! The food and service are outstanding. I've dined here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner over the past year, and every meal has been exceptional.
