Krispy Kreme - Spring Valley Lake

Omgee!. First time having KK Donuts in all my 40 yrs. They hooked it up with a warm, fresh off the belt, glazed delicacy. I'd never even had a warm donut before then. What a fantastic treat! God is good!

Today I went in to buy Dough-Notes boxes one for my god babies house and one for my grand babies house. Stood in line for out 10-15 mins at about 7:30 this morning. No problem with that. Here is where I get frustrated, when it becomes my turn I let her know what I would like to order and she tells me they are out. Huh????? She said it will be a 10-15 min. Wait for them to make more. It is Valentine’s Day and you out. Okay no problem but why not tell the people that are waiting in line that you are out and so we have the option to keep waiting or to leave and go elsewhere. So I see that they have multiple trays of pink heart donuts while I was walking away. I asked the more seasoned (older) lady can’t you just make it a full box of the pink hearts and she told me that would be almost $33 cause they would charge me for each one due to them trying to make it last through out the day. I just shook my head and walked away. This is definitely a training opportunity for customer service. You have advised on tv, emails so on and so for this valentine box/donut. Manger under estimated the demand so was not prepared properly. The one thing she could have done was communicate with the multiple people waiting in line to order that they was out and how long it would take to make more. Something so simple could have made a frustrating experience much better.

Probably the worst customer service around. There's a lot of employees standing around in the back but no one came to the counter to help. These young employees are pitiful. Won't come back.

Had to give a star to write a review, Service at this location is horrible the donuts were not fresh and the employees are grabbing donuts and making lattes with out any gloves!!! Worst Krispy Kreme location I've been to!!!
