Feedback gevenThey get orders wrong far too often. What's the point of ordering ahead if I have to wait in line to correct a simple 1 item order. Also, the consistency of add ins (syrup,cream) is nonexistent, even when specified in the app. That's why when I have the time, I go Starbucks, because my order tastes the same everytime.
Clean store. Excellent staff that seems to work well as a team. The food was fresh and tasty.
The cashier spill the coffee all over me this morning, but they're not even asked me if I'm ok, didn't even handle the napkins for me instead busy for cleaning the table. It was very rude! So disappointed! Order Bagel w cream cheese but, came with no cream cheese
HORRIBLE CASHIERS!The cashier today made a mistake with our order. We picked up our order and noticed drinks missing. We tired to tell them nicely. But they started yelling at us that we didn’t order them and didn’t pay for that certain drink. They essentially got our order wrong and we had to wait in line again. The cashier did not apologize for their mistake and screamed at us. Who screams at their customers?? Horrible service
In my opinion Dunkin headquarters should take this shop and use it as a model for all their other stores their costumer service is exemplary! I wish I have the names of the employees here but they are all just so kind and gracious! Serving everyone quickly and efficiently always with a smile and cheerful!
