Hector's Taco Shop - Spring Valley

Very good taco's. Nice mom and pop restaurant. They have fresh fruit too. Very affordable. I ordered carnitas Street taco's.

Nestled in a slightly worn-out strip mall next to a thrift store, this family-owned gem has a charming, rustic feel. While it lacks air conditioning, the warm atmosphere adds to its appeal. The entire family works here, contributing to a welcoming vibe. The place has a bit of a shabby appearance, but it’s perfect for a blue-collar crowd. I tried their hard-shelled shredded beef tacos, and they were delightfully crispy and packed with flavor. I will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area. Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic! Make sure to try the breakfast tortas! I can't wait to come back for lunch next time!
