Feedback gevenI recently revisited this restaurant on January 29, 2019 and I have upgraded my rating to four stars as the service and food have greatly improved. The atmosphere is now friendly and the service is excellent. Although I had a previous complaint about the retired manager still working there, I can see that efforts are being made for positive changes, so I will reserve judgment for now. On October 20, 2018, I had given this place a five-star rating, but during a recent visit with my children, the manager was grumpy and unapologetic for his mistakes. It seems he couldn't wait to retire. I will wait and see if things improve when he returns. Additionally, there was a noticeable presence of flies which was unpleasant. I am glad to see that the restaurant has undergone renovations and now offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with quality food and service. The dining room is now cozy with a mix of wood and exposed bricks, and the temperature is comfortable. I particularly appreciate that there are no televisions, just classic light rock music playing softly in the background. I am happy to see that Burger King in Springboro is back on track and I look forward to returning soon.
The staff at the restaurant was extremely friendly and accommodating. They got my order correct and served the food hot. Thank you for a great dining experience.
I visited this restaurant three times this week while on vacation from Florida, and each visit was incredible! The food was top-notch and I highly recommend it to others.
