Feedback gevenThe restaurant offers a great selection of fresh lunch options and good service, although it's hard to tell if the server is smiling behind their mask. The masks can make communication difficult and limit individuality, but despite this inconvenience, the food is still enjoyable. I may not agree with the current situation, but I still have to eat to survive.
The customer service at this restaurant was excellent today! I had an issue with my Subway card not registering the points I had activated. I plan on coming here at least twice a week. The lady assisting me couldn't remember her name, but I will remember it on my next visit. She took another card, escorted me to the front, sat with me to set up a new account, and now it works perfectly... top-notch service! And my sandwich was also perfect. Keep it up! Scott P.
I enjoyed the food and the service was quick. The person working at the counter was very efficient, almost like a robot. However, they could improve their listening skills.
