Wendy's - Springboro

Staff seemed to be either uninterested or over stressed. They offered no greeting. And didn't say anything. Took money and handed food.

I stopped going to this location a few months ago because they were always out of everything. Tried again tonight hoping there had been a change, but was disappointed. Again they were out of almost everything I tried to order. I don't understand how this has been able to go on for so long. It's not only just poor location management, but also poor franchise management as well. It will be a long time before I ever attempt to give them another shot.

Tried to place a mobile order for breakfast at 8am on a Tuesday, and there seemed to be no employees in the building. Store's hours say they open at 6:30, but the doors were locked. What is even going on? This location is a joke.

Never ready to take a drive thru order and always take forever with orders even if you're the only customer

Tonight, we went thwre at 8:30pm and sat in line with 7 other cars. No cars moved. There were 4 young adults inside just standing around. They could at least put up a closed sign and told people in the drive thru that they were closed.I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS WENDY'S.Will never go back, and will be posting all over social media. Also calling corporate. friend found just a sharp razor in her bag last year.Still boycotting this Wendy's. Prefer the Franklin one.
