Springdale Wing N It

The service was extremely disappointing! I sent them a private message to address the issue, but I received no response at all. I definitely won’t be returning to Wingi in Springdale!

I havent been to a wing n it in a few years and was really excited, went by tonight and highly disappointed. would not recommend and will not go back. When we got there we were told we an sit where ever we want; alright cool. the guy be there at all was very unprofessional and kinda rude. didnt seem like he wanted to be there at all. we ordered 2 mixed drinks and a mountain dew, he came with our 2 mixed drinks and he forgot the whipped topping on one of them and didnt drink the moutain dew until we asked when we got our appetizers. he forgot that as well. the calamari was greasy and didnt really taste that great and was lacking seasoning. and he also forgot my ranch dip that i asked when ordering. Not once did he come by to ask how our drinks or food was or if we wanted a refill. and i never seen him check on the other tables either. half the time we were there he was no where to be found because he was in the kitchen. (really should get a bell so we can atleast ring for service). I had to go wait at the bar to get service so we could order 2 more drinks with our meal. The wings were good as always but the fries seemed to be unseasoned and lack luster. After we were finished our food i wanted to get dessert which i had to try and get his attention again. his comment was Still thirsty? with a bit of attitude which was uncalled for. like no actually id like to get dessert... and by this point he still hasnt asked how everthing was. think some training is needed.

Walked in and waited 15 minutes. When nobody noticed or even acknowledge that I was there I got up and left. Today's generation haven't got any people skills. To busy with their heads in their phones to notice the world around them. This was my third time here and each time got a little worse. As much as I like wings it is sad to say that I will not be returning.

The service was even worse than the prior reviews indicated. We were a table of four and the only ones in the restaurant. It took us 30 minutes to receive our food without any check in. The server was missing in action and didn’t check in on our table even ONCE not even to offer a refill of water. I ordered the NFOD wings. Apparently the spiciest. When I asked what was the pepper used for the sauce, the server said he had no idea. The wings were underwhelming soggy, moderately spicy, and overpriced. Suffice to say, this will be my last trip to Wing N It.

Super friendly service, would give 6 stars if I could. Lovely spot overall as it was quite clean and I guess was recently built and kept in great shape. Wings were tasty and loved the selection that was available.
