The service at this restaurant was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff making sure all our needs were met. The atmosphere was also top-notch, with a cozy and inviting ambiance that made for a truly enjoyable dining experience.

I am giving this restaurant one star based solely on my most recent experience. I have visited this location frequently in the past and have always had a great experience. However, on November 6th or 7th (I cannot remember the exact date) in 2023, around 3:45 or 4:00pm, I went through the drive-thru to get my son something to eat after school. The employee taking orders was engaged in a conversation with a friend in the car ahead of us, laughing and talking without acknowledging our presence. We waited for five minutes while they continued chatting, and when the employee finally served us, there was no apology for the delay. This was the rudest experience I have ever had at Chick-fil-A or any restaurant. I am writing this review two days later because I initially wanted to let it go, but I hope someone from the store sees this and addresses the behavior of their employees. Such lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
