Feedback gevenTerrible customer service when online order was wrong. $30 for sandwiches that were wrong. Ordered combos and they didn’t even have ice for the drinks. When I called they didn’t care and didn’t offer a resolution. We reordered from subway for half the price.
Last time I ordered catering I arrived to my event and was missing almost half my order. I wanted to give them another shot so I placed a catering order last night and called to get verbal confirmation that it would be ready. I get here today and the manager tells me he has nothing in the system for my order. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Will not be using their services again.
I just went out of the place. The cashier wasn’t disrespectful but had a very bad attitude. Customer service is what makes the customer comes back. Even if the restaurant is closing soon, always has to be nice with people. Rule #1 of customer service. Plus if he didn’t want to attend customers should have turned off the “Open” sign.
I order from here alot due to close proximity to work. Its always consistent and convenient. I usually order online and I don't think I've ever had to wait or did they get anything wrong.
The service was bad, they make my order wrong and when I went to ask for a change they get mad, and just 1 slice of bacon on 12” sandwich???
